DR. NEETU ASHAR

Dr. Neetu Ashar completed her MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Jabalpur in 1997. She did her MS (Ophthalmology) from G R Medical College, Gwalior in 2001. She has done her Fellowship in Glaucoma from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai in 2002-04. She has worked as a Consultant in Bombay City Eye Institute from 2004-05 and Aravind Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli from 2005-2007.

She is currently attached as Hon Consultant at Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo, Wavikar Eye Institute, Thane and Adkar Clinic, Dadar.

She has over 9 years of post-fellowship experience as a consultant at premier eye institutes and is well versed in Glaucoma management including complicated cases and Paediatric Glaucoma. She has presented papers and given guest lectures at various state and national conferences.

She has been actively involved in training fellows in management of glaucoma, research activities and has keen interest in training programmes and community outreach.
